Production of flaked products

We are recognized by the market as one of the most important European manufacturers of flaked products for the Cosmetic and Industrial sectors. If we look back, we can see how far we have come to achieve this satisfaction: our production department began specializing in spalling activities more than thirty years ago.

To date we have two departments dedicated to the production of flaked products with a total of 6 belts, 4 for the industrial sector, 2 for the cosmetic sector.

We have 15 tanks for the liquid product to be thrown with a theoretical productivity of 36,000 mt/year and also offer the possibility of tolling productions.

Our goal, from here to always, is the production of increasingly delicate and sensitive flaked products. That is why we invest in researching and experimenting with new technologies to bring into our departments.

A concrete example? We adopt state-of-the-art PLCs to optimize production activities, keep key parameters such as Operating Temperature under control, and effectively control the quantities actually produced.

In addition, belts in the cosmetics industry are assisted by an automatic packaging machine and a palletizer, which serve to prevent product contamination and speed up production processes.
