Given the Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of October 23, 2019 on the handling of reports of violations of Union law as well as national regulatory provisions and on the protection of reporting persons, the Board of Directors of Industria Chimica Panzeri s.r.l. by resolution on December 12, 2023 approved the following Regulations.
