Our Story

We were born in Bergamo almost a century ago as manufacturers of detergent formulation components. After World War II we moved to the current plant in Orio al Serio, implementing over time new production lines based on processing with ethylene oxide for the synthesis of non-ionic surfactants, used as auxiliaries and intermediates in a wide variety of industries and in the world of cosmetics. With a visionary spirit and by acquiring more and more expertise in the various branches in the industry, we have structured ourselves at the technical and commercial level, eventually positioning ourselves in the Elite of regional chemical industries and opening up to the foreign market. With the succession of generations of the Panzeri family at the helm of the company, we have come to be the Lombard alternative to the big multinational chemical companies. We are Europe’s second-largest producer of stannous sulfate, a key ingredient in the automotive aluminum electrolessing process.
