This center is designed to provide a highly automated storage and loading/unloading system.
We strongly wanted an excellent Laboratory for Quality Control, equipped with all the most advanced instruments for the verification of the parameters that guarantee compliance with the required and predetermined values. To complete this system of excellence, we find an Application Laboratory dedicated to the realization of special applications in various fields.
The Logistics Hub is managed with an Integrated Management System that dialogues with the production site in Orio al Serio, but also with other external centers.
The flow of information between the Orio office and the Logistics Hub is automatic and covers all basic activities, such as scheduling of arrivals and shipments, planning of packaging, inventory and warehouse management, and interfacing with Customers and Suppliers.
The Logistics Hub has a tank farm with a loading bay, for storage and loading/unloading of tank trucks with high automation.

AISI316 tanks are designed to allow storage of a wide variety of basic and fine chemical raw materials and intermediates, such as fatty acids, long-chain alcohols, surfactants, emulsifiers, esters, and more.
They consist of an internal coil and two independent heating circuits, one at 85 degrees for high melting products, the other at 45 degrees for medium temperature storage.

Each tank has a dedicated pump and is connected to the robotic packaging line. The reclamation system is by means of low-pressure steam and osmotized hot water.
Each tank has the option of discharging pure products into the tank truck, or diluted with hot osmotized water using the SKID-1 in-line dilution head.
The state-of-the-art robotic state-of-the-art line of packaging on pallets allows us to automatically package all products in the tank farm into packages placed on pallets, such as IBC tanks, iron drums, PE drums, drums.
